Wing’s Neck

Project Description

Homes in Wings Neck are known for being private coastal properties on a wooded peninsula extending into Buzzards Bay. The area is not a typical suburban subdivision; instead, it consists largely of custom-built vacation and year-round homes on large lots, many within the private Wings Neck Trust community.

Many homes feature traditional Cape-style designs with cedar shingles, pitched roofs, dormers, fireplaces, and large porches. Older estates dating from the late 1800s and early 1900s are particularly representative of historic Cape Cod coastal architecture.

Houses are often positioned to maximize views of Buzzards Bay, Pocasset Harbor, or nearby islands, with oversized windows, decks, and outdoor living spaces.
